Vineyard Update

Our vines are transitioning from early spring vegetative growth to flowering and setting this season’s crop. The vineyard team is finishing up shoot thinning, leaving only the primary shoots that will hold this year’s fruit. We are also tucking these shoots into the trellis wires to maximize indirect sunlight and air circulation, creating the perfect canopy environment for the berries to ripen evenly.
